Oh My God!
I am soooo sore, it's not even funny.
I am seriously, but seriously damaged here. I feel like I am walking on eggs, and going down steps is actually a painful thing. Even sitting down: I just position myself over the seat and then just let myself fall onto it, I can't actually lower myself into a squat without going ARGHHHH.
This just shows you what greaaaat type of shape I am in... Anyway, I googled the soreness after the shred, and apparently everyone goes through it, and the advice: Push through it. Let's see if I can actually manage to do the exercises with this soreness...
