Didn't derail per se, but I stopped caring so much about the diet... But I actually miss the happiness of seeing results and being able to commit, so I'm back!
I'm 100% back on MFP, logging everything I eat. It's more difficult this time around because I've really taken to eating more natural food, so that means I have to weigh each individual ingredient... I often do forget to do that.
I've been taking lunch to work on most days, getting comments on how
- yummy
- weird
- unusual
- exotic
- creative
- healthy
I've also started walking almost every evening, about 30 to 50 minutes a night on a 60-65% heart rate, hopefully that'll help the weight loss. Next week I hit the gym again, but I am thinking of calling it quits there, I've found that outdoor exercise is more fun and I can adapt it to my schedule!
I actually don't have a goal weight at the moment. Of course the nice 60kg number is still in my head, but I'm just looking to be healthier and hotter!!!
It's been almost a year since I started, and although my lowest weight was back in April, I feel I've come a long way and acquired so much more knowledge and respect for my body as a life tool.
Anyway, let's see how it goes!
